Pain & Company is seeking transformation-oriented candidates for the position of Intern – Image Management.

This track is designed for sissies, bimbos, and other feminine image enthusiasts who wish to refine, reshape, and re-present their gender expression under Leadership’s aesthetic authority.

The Image Management Intern functions as:

  • A developing aesthetic asset
  • A participant in presentation refinement
  • A study in posture, speech, and visual alignment
  • A candidate for identity shifts
  • Follow wardrobe and grooming directives
  • Practice assigned behavioral adjustments
  • Submit presentation updates for evaluation
  • Demonstrate pride in aesthetic evolution

Monthly Contribution: $100/month — gifted toward Leadership's lifestyle desires (i.e. pilates, silversmithing expenses, etc.). Submitted on the 1st of each month. It is an ongoing expression of participation in her world.

Interns begin under the standard 3-6 Month Evaluation Period (period dependent upon negotiation).

Session Intern Rate: 

90 min - $650 ($150 savings)

2 hrs - $800 ($200 savings)

3 hrs -$1,100 ($300 savings)

4 hrs - $1,400 ($400 savings)

Booking Structure:

-Sessions are booked in pairs, spaced no more than 45 days apart. Deposits for both sessions are submitted in advance before the first session is confirmed.

Evaluation Period: 

3–6 months, negotiated at placement. A minimum of 4 completed sessions is required before promotion eligibility is considered.

During this period, Leadership is assessing:

  • Reliability
  • Financial discipline and responsiveness
  • Chemistry
  • Capacity for growth

At the conclusion of the internship, Leadership will determine:

  • Continuation at Intern level
  • Invitation to apply for Associate placement
  • Or termination of employment and potential transition into Client track

Promotion is contingent on consistency and aesthetic evolution.

Image Management Interns may advance to:

  • Associate – Image Management (monthly refinement container)
  • Senior Associate – Image Management (advanced presentation directives)
  • Curated Asset (invite-only tier)
