Pain & Company is seeking a highly aesthetic, moderately intelligent, and extremely obedient piece of meat for the position of Himbo Intern

This is a specialized internship track designed for individuals whose primary value to the firm is visual appeal, enthusiasm, and willingness to be directed to provide pleasure.

As an Intern, you will enter a fixed evaluation period (90+ days) under direct supervision of Leadership.

Internship sessions are structured, individually compensated engagements designed to assess alignment, chemistry, and long-term fit.

The Himbo Intern functions as:

  • A morale asset and source of joy for Leadership
  • A responsive piece of meat to be used for Leadership’s pleasure
  • A symbol of devotion within the firm

Strategic thinking is optional.

  • Present yourself in a polished, visually pleasing manner
  • Follow instructions promptly and without debate
  • Maintain a strong, capable physical presence
  • Tolerate teasing, evaluation, and playful degradation
  • Demonstrate eagerness to serve
  • Accept your role as an object of amusement

Successful Himbo Interns demonstrate:

  • Visible enjoyment of objectification
  • 20+
  • High tolerance for being underestimated
  • Comfortable being referred to as a “piece of meat”
  • Financial readiness for ongoing participation
  • Clear understanding that this is consensual adult power exchange

Monthly Contribution: $100/month — gifted toward Leadership's lifestyle desires (i.e. pilates, silversmithing expenses, etc.). Submitted on the 1st of each month. It is an ongoing expression of participation in her world.

Interns begin under the standard 3-6 Month Evaluation Period (period dependent upon negotiation).

Session Intern Rate: 

90 min - $650 ($150 savings)

2 hrs - $800 ($200 savings)

3 hrs -$1,100 ($300 savings)

4 hrs - $1,400 ($400 savings)

Booking Structure:

-Sessions are booked in pairs, spaced no more than 45 days apart. Deposits for both sessions are submitted in advance before the first session is confirmed.

Evaluation Period: 

3–6 months, negotiated at placement. A minimum of 4 completed sessions is required before promotion eligibility is considered.

During this period, Leadership is assessing:

  • Reliability
  • Financial discipline and responsiveness
  • Chemistry
  • Capacity for growth

At the conclusion of the internship, Leadership will determine:

  • Continuation at Intern level
  • Invitation to apply for Associate placement
  • Or termination of employment and potential transition into Client track

Promotion is contingent on loyalty, chemistry, and sustained usefulness.

Himbo Interns may advance to:

  • Associate Himbo (increased visibility, longer term dynamic)
