Pain & Company is seeking a highly disciplined candidate for the position of Intern – Cumpliance.

This track is designed for individuals who derive satisfaction from structured denial, controlled release, and long arcs of anticipation under Leadership’s authority.

The Cumpliance Intern functions as:

  • 20+
  • Strong interest in chastity and orgasm control dynamics
  • Demonstrated ability to follow long-term protocols
  • Financial readiness for ongoing participation
  • Clear understanding that this is consensual adult power exchange
  • High impulse control
  • Patience with delayed gratification
  • Detail-oriented tracking habits
  • Comfort with frustration as growth stimulus
  • Strong desire for authority-guided release

Monthly Contribution: $100/month — gifted toward Leadership's lifestyle desires (i.e. pilates, silversmithing expenses, etc.). Submitted on the 1st of each month. It is an ongoing expression of participation in her world.

Interns begin under the standard 3-6 Month Evaluation Period (period dependent upon negotiation).

Session Intern Rate: 

90 min - $650 ($150 savings)

2 hrs - $800 ($200 savings)

3 hrs -$1,100 ($300 savings)

4 hrs - $1,400 ($400 savings)

Booking Structure:

-Sessions are booked in pairs, spaced no more than 45 days apart. Deposits for both sessions are submitted in advance before the first session is confirmed.

Evaluation Period: 

3–6 months, negotiated at placement. A minimum of 4 completed sessions is required before promotion eligibility is considered.

During this period, Leadership is assessing:

  • Reliability
  • Financial discipline and responsiveness
  • Chemistry
  • Capacity for growth

At the conclusion of the internship, Leadership will determine:

  • Continuation at Intern level
  • Invitation to apply for Associate placement
  • Or termination of employment and potential transition into Client track

Promotion is contingent on consistency, restraint, and psychological steadiness.

Cumpliance Interns may advance to:

  • Associate – Cumpliance (monthly structured containment plan)
  • Senior Associate – Cumpliance (extended denial cycles & advanced control systems)
  • Controlled Asset (invite-only tier)
