Pain & Company is seeking calm, disciplined candidates for the position of Intern – Containment Specialist.

This track is designed for individuals who experience satisfaction through restriction, positioning, and prolonged stillness under Leadership’s direction.

Containment Specialists are evaluated on composure, breath control, endurance, and presentation.

The Containment Intern functions as:

  • A secured asset under supervision
  • A candidate for prolonged positioning
  • A participant in restraint-based experiences
  • Maintain assigned positions without unnecessary movement
  • Regulate breathing during prolonged containment
  • Demonstrate physical and mental composure
  • Accept corrective adjustment without resistance

Successful Containment Interns demonstrate:

  • Physical stamina
  • Calm nervous system response
  • Pride in being held and displayed
  • Ability to surrender mobility without panic
  • Increasing comfort with duration
  • 20+
  • Genuine interest in bondage and restraints
  • Ability to remain calm during confinement
  • Clear communication skills regarding limits
  • Financial readiness for ongoing participation
  • Clear understanding that this is consensual adult power exchange

  • Experience with rope, cuffs, or restraint-based play
  • Strong breath awareness
  • Good joint mobility and flexibility
  • Patience
  • Comfort with being visually displayed with consent

Monthly Contribution: $100/month — gifted toward Leadership's lifestyle desires (i.e. pilates, silversmithing expenses, etc.). Submitted on the 1st of each month. It is an ongoing expression of participation in her world.

Interns begin under the standard 3-6 Month Evaluation Period (period dependent upon negotiation).

Session Intern Rate: 

90 min - $650 ($150 savings)

2 hrs - $800 ($200 savings)

3 hrs -$1,100 ($300 savings)

4 hrs - $1,400 ($400 savings)

Booking Structure:

-Sessions are booked in pairs, spaced no more than 45 days apart. Deposits for both sessions are submitted in advance before the first session is confirmed.

Evaluation Period: 

3–6 months, negotiated at placement. A minimum of 4 completed sessions is required before promotion eligibility is considered.

During this period, Leadership is assessing:

  • Reliability
  • Financial discipline and responsiveness
  • Chemistry
  • Capacity for growth

At the conclusion of the internship, Leadership will determine:

  • Continuation at Intern level
  • Invitation to apply for Associate placement
  • Or termination of employment and potential transition into Client track

Promotion is contingent on endurance, composure, and reliability.

Containment Specialists may advance to:

  • Associate – Containment
  • Senior Associate – Containment
  • Secured Asset (invite-only tier)
